"I would like to express my deepest thanks to Abid Nazir and Walmsleys Commercial Insurance Brokers.

I have been having problems with an on going claim which I submitted to my broker in early January, my claim was refused and dismissed for a reason I could not understand.

Numerous telephone calls later to my broker, insurer and the financial ombudsman, I felt i was getting nowhere so I decided to contact Walmsleys for help.

You were very polite and very helpful and within 24 hours my claim decision was reversed and I received a telephone call direct from my insurers who were very apologetic.

It appears that both my insurers and my brokers who were both extremely unhelpful did not read the policy thoroughly and therefore should not have made a decision.
